Blood drive
Today I ran a blood drive at my church in the name of a friend who over this past winter ended up receiving a total of 16 units of blood. She is stable for now but wanted to replenish the supply since she used so much.
Now I am going to take the liberty of asking you, my friends at WA, to donate blood if you can. Whatever country you may be in, your local blood bank has a constant need for donations. The Red Cross told me that with every unit of blood they receive, they can help 3 people. The same is probably true for your local blood banks too.
Thanks for your help.

They don't want my blood. Unfortunately, I am a real chicken when it comes to needles. I wish I could but I help in other ways. Thanks for all you do for this.

very worthy cause, I used to give blood regular however health issues no longer allow me I am grateful to those who still do has helped me in the past
Katie, many people I knew wanted to give but between medicines or conditions couldn't. Unfortunately, I am also one of them. I did the recruiting and then on the day, handed out paperwork and snacks. Used to give in past.
