I changed my admin name in wordpress and it automatically change my email back to my personal email, instead of my business email. I changed and update, but it says pending. Wh
Also, you can clear your caste by wiping your history. Then repeat the process of changing your email.
Chrome is notorious for storing cookies...a true cookie monster...lol.
You should receive a confirmation email with a link you have to click to confirm the change. Once you do that, you're good.

I would like to change my permalink structure. The default is https://mywebsitesname.com/samle-post/. I guess my question is should I change it to something more SEO friendly?

You'll want to use the custom permalink.
@merlynmac got you there. Just think of it as a category hierarchy but for your posts, you may want your keywords to be part of the link.
Usually, it's URL/post-title. That's why you see sample-post. You're most likely looking at the sample post. If you create a new post called Lipstick, it would be https://xxx.com/lipstick, etc.
