Also, you can clear your caste by wiping your history. Then repeat the process of changing your email.
Chrome is notorious for storing cookies...a true cookie monster...lol.
You should receive a confirmation email with a link you have to click to confirm the change. Once you do that, you're good.

Usually, it's URL/post-title. That's why you see sample-post. You're most likely looking at the sample post. If you create a new post called Lipstick, it would be https://xxx.com/lipstick, etc.
