I joined WA around a year ago, and was really fired up and ready to go, but then life got in the way and I slowly retreated from my dream of building a passive income. However, after some rethinking and building confidence I am back to give this another shot and probably more ready than ever, maybe last year just wasnt my time?

I think my biggest issue last year was finding an actual niche, I would choose something that I love writing and creating YouTube content around, but would then convince myself that it's "too competitive" to build something around. However it was a hobby that probably less than 2% of the worlds population even know about, I was basically my own worst enemy.

So, this time around what is different? well, I still have pangs of doubt about my niche from time to time, but I have decided that whenever that happens or whenever I feel like I need some posistive outlook then I shall post on here.

At this point I am honestly not concerned with how much money I will make, I know that sounds counter productive, but at this point in time I find the idea of building something from scratch and seeing my first visitors more appealing.

Another thing I would do last year would be to convince myself that I am a terrible writer incapable of ranking purely based on my poor / average writing skills (I'll let you be the judge of that lol) but I figured the only way to improve that is to write more content

So, I reset the progress on my journey from last year, I have done 6/10 of the first section in the training, I have my WordPress site working with the Divi theme and I am ready to start building my business in 2019! it's a long road, but I feel like it will probably be more about the journey than the destination
