Hey guys, how often should I post on facebook? I'm sending out twice a day everyday a mix of promotional and feel good stuff. Also, is there like a good ratio for them?
What you're doing now is plenty. Most of us get much better results with things like G+ and Pinterest.

As Steve pointed out, I am not a great fan of FB. I prefer Google+ and Pinterest. Posting once a day is enough. I know I hate seeing people posting pages of useless posts, I just delete and/or mute them. So, don't overdo it, either

Hi. I'm using BoldrLite Child theme. When I click on a menu on the nav bar that menu remains highlighted and is a bit distracting and annoying. Does anyone know how to fix it?</
Well, i just find this site http://3dmainstreamprinting.com/ with the same theme. But the problem is, I don't know how to figure out what he did.
Most menus stay highlighted when your on the selected page. Why don't you post a link so I can see exactly what you are talking about.
http://crazysliceoflife.com/ It's still under construction. Basically the "current_page_item" always remains highlighted. I'd like it to be that after I hit the menu in the nav bar it won't be highlighted anymore unless I hover the mouse onto it again.
I installed the Boldr lite theme on to one of my test sites. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. Once you change to a custom menu it stays highlighted on whatever page you are looking at.
I took a look at the coding for the theme and I did not see an easy way to change it. Sorry bud, I think you gotta live with it or find another theme you like.

Hi WAuers! I just finished the initial stages in setting up my website. I love to hear your thoughts about it. Initially, I wanted to write about dating tips for men, but I thou
I really like your theme and you are off to a great start! Look forward to reading your upcoming content!
The site looks great so far. I do like the theme very much. Now, all you have to do is add content. In this niche, you will have plenty to talk about. Just make sure you target the right keywords. All in all, a good start.

Where is the complete list of Do's and Dont's for WA? I read you may lose your privileges for not following rules. As a newbie in internet marketing I would really like to know
Hi Adam, one that I learned too late is, Do not link to outside websites. Even if it is to try alert members to free software. I had blogged about a commercial product that had a one day giveaway for the full unrestricted product. My blog was deleted within a few minutes and I received an email that it was considered spam and to not post content like that again.
Hi Adam,
Here is a post by Kyle which outlines our rules for Spam at WA:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/wealthy-affiliate-the-open-education-project/spam-is-a-no-no
If you have a question about something, best to ask so that we can give you an official response to what you are asking for clarification on.
Carson
I found this answer from Kyle about WA Rules. He commented on someone asking the same question here: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/welshy/blog/wa-rules-are-there-any-rules
His answer is as follows:
"Thanks for bringing this up Welshy. As we move forward there is going to be a lot more clarity through "technology" as to what is allowable and what is not. Obviously we don't want to implement anything that prevents quality content and helpful content from being created, so we need to offer some flexibility and trust in terms of content within the community.
CHAT
Links are allowed within chat if you are asking for help with your site or you are showing someone something. This is no problem. You cannot link to something in attempt to promote it. That is not allowed and within each chat you will see a REPORT (within the drop down). If someone does this, I would hope that people who are viewing the chat would report it.
If you see someone abusing chat, please also contact myself or Carson. This is not tolerated and if we catch this sort of activity, this individual will lose all posting privileges within WA.
TRAINING
PLR content is a no. Watermarks are definitely frowned upon as well. When we go through the training we are going to be removing all of this sort of content. In the near future we are also going to be doing a dupe content check for ALL content that is generated and anything that exists that is dupe content and obviously anything that is dupe content going forward is going to be removed.
BLOGS
You can point to your site if you are making a point, however this is frowned upon. If you are leveraging WA to get traffic to your site through your blog, we will revoke posting privileges. Ideally your blog content will be best used without external links unless you are pointing to something that makes your content more useful.
No affiliate links either. This is a BIG NO.
Most of this stuff is common sense. If you are writing to "help" someone, your content is 100% fine. If you are writing a blog post, a training resource or within chat and attempting to promote something, then it is not allowed.
There is a Report feature throughout WA on all content, so if you see anyone abusing the system, please report and let us know immediately and we will deal with it"
Yes, I've seen this, but it's not the complete list. There might be other things that might cause losing our privileges without knowing it. Thanks.
oh okay. I havent seen anything other than this. I would assume if it seems shady or wrong dont do it and you'll be okay

I might be citing the obvious, but can I use the website I create to promote an affiliate program like amazon or clickbank?
Yeah, that is one of the many affiliate programs that you can leverage on your website.
When you start building out your content and get traffic, there are a plethora of ways you can monetize your website and Amazon is just one of these.
You can, all you have to do is reach the Las Vegas incentive criteria (300 WA referrals in a year).
