Overcoming "stuff" and related thoughts.
The key to overcoming any obstacle is not so much the "how" of it" but the "why". The idea is not a set technique but a clear feeling of something already accomplished. This is hard to explain but always recognizable. If we can already "feel" the power behind the ones who have already succeeded, we know what will keep us successful as well.
After we know we will succeed, the "method" will present itself to you. You won't have to seek it out. So make it simple. Just work on becoming a truly healthier person and sooner or later you will lose your addictions. Your body will show you how and you can work with that, and learn more as you go about what you are really doing for yourself.
As you grow more in touch with all your needs and how you are really part of a giving and demanding universe, you will continue to become healthier and you will continue to ask yourself how to further this along. And as you ask the answers will come.

Your built in success mechanism must have a goal or target. This goal or target must be conceived as already in existence. Focus your attention as if you are there already. Your success mechanism will guide you to that target and discover if it is already there in you.
