Personally I think you are the only one who can define what will measure your success. Personally I know my goals are much smaller than some other people on WA are. This doesn't mean having very high goals is a bad thing, but I personally would feel successful from small milestones that many other people wouldn't think of milestones at all. I hope this helps some. Just spend some time thinking of what goals would make you feel successful and post them somewhere so you will always be aware of the goals you trying to reach.
