Hi Wealthy Affiliate fam!

Do you any of you ever get stuck and lose your momentum? You know EXACTLY what you need to do, but for some reason lack that motivation.. This h

We all hit that wall occasionally. Making a list seems to work best for me. Just the simple marking off a task makes it easier to move on to the next task.

Hello Jannet,
You are not alone my friend.
I believe all of us find ourselves stuck at one point or another.
Don't stress when you are stuck.
Have a break and come back with a fresh mind and hopefully things will start to roll smoothly.
Good luck

Pat yourself on the back for accomplishing small tasks and the training. You are successful for the mere fact of wanting to better yourself.

As JBpresswork said. Celebrate your little achievements, take a deep breath, see your goals in 3 months, 6 months and 1 year from now. Let the reality and the possibility of your dream drive you to put in more sacrifice.

Definitely goals, short term and long term!
But remember to reward yourself too, if it's all work it will feel like you are spinning your wheels. Enjoy your small victories and celebrate them too!

Here are a couple of trainings if you want to take a look Jennell There are a couple of repeats in the task
Please just ignore this as it was an error :)
All the best
Vicki

I usually try to set up goals that I can actually achieve to stay positive. Sometimes we have "great" goals but they are hard to accomplished within the time that we would like to get them done.

What I do when I get stuck or when I feel like I didn't get anything done, I simply walk away from the computer and do something that I love and I'm good at it. For example, I have Rubik's cube. I get it done and I relax when I complete it.

Remember that the feeling of "failure" can be cured by the feeling of "success". That's my philosophy and it works for me.

Wish you the best, I will be making a training/video on how to stay positive and encouraged!

Thank you, Victor! I love that philosophy and I like the rubik's cube idea. I enjoy solving it, so I am going to try to solve it every time I feel defeated or unsuccessful!

I just followed you. I slowly want to read all the blogs you have posted and I also look forward to that training from you!

Can I also ask, what is your niche?
