I love crepes. I was first introduced to them when I was stationed in Germany, about 4 hours from Paris. There was a small crepe stand making the most delicious looking crepes. I ordered one and I haven't looked back since. Needless to say even though I don't get to eat as much as like they are the best and most versatile of deserts and more.
The crepe is an elaboration of French origin, which is prepared from a liquid mass composed mainly of eggs, flour, sugar and butter. Eggs - 2
Wheat flour - 3 1/2 Oz
Cocoa powder - 1 Oz

Milk - 8 Oz
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Whipped cream (optional) - to fill
Recipe Preparation
First, we melt the butter in the microwave in a small bowl and heat it for a few seconds. It is preferable to warm slowly.
Beat the eggs and pour into mixer or in a bowl.
Then add the remaining ingredients.
Insert the arm of the mixer and beat until the dough uniform texture. At that point, we cover the glass and take it to the fridge where we let the dough rest for one hour.
After the standing time we prepare the crepe pan with a coating of butter heat to a minimum.
