Molasses or Lightning? How Quick You Finished Your WA Training

I think I'm getting to the end of training and it goes on and on! I am not complaining. I just think it's funny that I keep forgetting there are 50 lessons - how did I think I could go a week without doing a lesson?? I have been at this over 6 months and I still have over 20 lessons left!

I get eager and I want to jump ahead and do something fancy - and I stop going in circles because I think, "If I wait, I am sure this is covered in the training and I won't need to work so hard messing it up without knowing fully what I am doing."

So I ask you - not because I feel like I need to move at the same rate as any of you - but because I am just curious: Was your WA Certification journey slow as molasses or fast as lightning?

I personally am in the molasses category...more like molasses in January in Canada...you know...when it’s so cold that what flows slow to begin with, flows in extra slow motion cause it’s really cold... in fact, if it went any slower it might start moving backwards. But there’s not much I can do about it and therefore no point in stressing. Maybe something fortunate might happen...like me getting fired from my day job. Then the pace would pickup significantly...but right now all I can do is the best with what I have. And that means molasses....in January.

But I do wish you absolute best of luck and don’t worry...no matter how slow you are there’s always someone slower...

That's funny! I'm still working on the training. But you know what's good about WA? All of it is training! If I don't feel like composing a post, I can review others websites and earn some WA coins, or I can answer some questions and watch my ranking improve.

I've noticed people who have claimed to complete the 5 modules in a week and others like you who take longer. It only makes sense to do it on the schedule that accommodates your needs and try not to compare your progress with the more experienced or those who devote all their time to the training. I suppose the best thing is to set some goals and proceed based on those. Good luck, Anilise.
