Settling in to the long term view

Just wondering how many other people are like me, and constantly feel there are not enough hours in the day to do everything I would like to do?

Running a number of businesses, and not all of them are online, plus being a wife and Mum, with all the associated after-school activities, I am often prioritizing on a weekly basis what I will be able to do and what I can't get done. For me it usually comes down to doing what I get paid most for. It might sound a bit mercenary, and it does frustrate me that it'snot always WA stuff, but it pays for my membership here and allows me to take the longer term view.

I remember reading one of Kyle's lessons a while back, at the end of the Online Certification course, which spoke of looking at traffic over months and then to imagine that over years. My traffic is definitely building, and I know it's a direct relationship between time + effort in = reward out, so I am happy settling in to the long term view.

Having been here for nearly 18 months, I now there will come a day when the scales tip in favor of WA and that's all I will carry on doing - and I can't wait for that day!

I do understand you, I am a mother, but not a wife like you, have a job from 9-5 and I need to build my website. There is no time but I'm doing my best. Keep going and all the best.

Thank you for your kind words Odile, and I hope you are getting on well here too. Mara

Great progression, No effort No gain.

Thanks for commenting - I agree it's important to be happy in whatever we do :)

I am new here but I know what you mean. I do music production in my home studio and currently the projects are coming in and it pays for my membership to WA as well other things.

After being through some 'get rich quick' schemes and phases, I appreciate WA's view for the long term and I accept that patience is the key.

I pray your scales tip in favour of WA very very soon and that day will come sooner than you imagine. All the best! :-)
