Just got first article ranked on Google first page!
After blogging for 7 months, we finally have our first post ranked on the first page of Google. For about two months, the article has been the most visited article on the blog Money Buffalo. I thought it was spambots @ first, but after seeing the average session for that specific post was about 2 minutes, I got curious.
I took a look at Google Webmaster Tools & it said the average position was 8! I did my own search for "Boxed.com Review" & there I was!
Position #8 on page 1 not including the "Ad" that is in the first result.
Truthfully I never thought this post was going to rank when I wrote it, when you think "personal finance" you don't think buying items you love in bulk.

Thanks. As you know blogging takes a lot of work & networking with fellow bloggers in the same niche. It can very easily be a full-time job. After 7 months, I'm only getting about 20-30 visitors per day. Of course, only a few months ago it was 20-30 a week.
I still haven't made any money yet, but I have the mindset of doing everything today with the vision of a reward 2 to 3 years from now.
You will get ranked soon. I noticed a positive difference in my analytics around the 6-month mark. It just takes patience.
