Who is our customer? What problems are we solving? How can we possibly deliver on our bold promises to each and every member?

It occurs to me that the answer to the first question is quite broad. Additional income is something that appeals to a wide audience.

Who is our customer?

Easy Answers

1) College Students

2) Retired

3) Working Poor/Broke

4) Unemployed

5) Financial Freedom/Work From Home/Wealth Seekers

6) People that want to quit their job

7) People that want to own their own business

8) Affiliate & Network Marketers

The more difficult answers will require some thought, practice, and analysis. Are we more appealing to college age or retirees? Being that we market this opportunity with the spirit and graphics of NASCAR, does this make us appealing to men more than women? Are we just as appealing to successful marketers as we are to struggling marketers? Can we appeal to factory/warehouse/construction workers as easily as we can to sales/customer service reps?

We will ask ourselves these questions and more, as a group, to better define our audience. And once we define our audience it's important to concisely define how we are helping them.

What Problems are we solving? This question is basically defined.

1) Immediate Peace of Mind through Income

We ease the fear and the pressure of investing in an online opportunity by providing an attractive return on the new representative's investment. This allows the newly interested representative time to settle in and learn marketing instead of frantically, unprofessionally going about, trying to promote their link (aka - spamming).

2) Brand Marketing as opposed to Individual Marketing

We show people how to earn exceptional income and gain financial independence. This is more effectively accomplished through branding. As it relates to us, branding is a collective agreement on our mission statement and abilities. Through branding, we are able to develop warm relations with the public more quickly and emit the confidence of a group rather than the incentivised opinion of any one individual. Branding also translates into consistent marketing efforts that work for the whole rather than personal or sporadic efforts that work sometimes or outright fail. Additionally, it makes sense to approach social media professionally, led by the strength of the brand.

In summation, we are solving important problems for people who are looking at us as a means of exceptional livelihood. With that statement comes great responsibility. We can feel inspired about that fact. How do we handle the pressure to produce? We deliver through effective strategy. It makes strong business sense for us to create smart brand messaging and portray the authentic joy of overcoming personal obstacles, expressing ourselves in a creative and professional manor.
