Three months in, a lot learnt and a lot more to learn!
Hello Beautiful People!
So its my turn to write a post in WA, I'll try keep it short and sweet! :) I signed up at the beginning of 2018 and was helped along so much by Lynne Huysamen; hours of patiently explaining and great training sessions, laughing and (almost) crying with frustration and I now feel like my website is pretty much ready to present to the world! (Happy Days!) Oh and also Marion Black with her training tutorials, one in particular helped my blog roll become the pretty little thing it is today with summarising my blogs! (Much appreciation and gratitude to both you beauties!)
My niche is about my life's journey, about eating disorders and relationships with food, about healthy living, about mental health, about learning how to destress and relax, and basically how to live each moment to the fullest each and every day. Because, essentially, all we have is now. This moment now. It will never come again and we will never experience it again. For me, learning how to utilise these little moments in time and using them to learn more about me and life and people in general, its an amazing journey and adventure! I get excited about the future often these days!
Speaking of the future, Im excited about my journey within WA too. I believe great things can and will happen by being part of this fantastic online community with its incredible support system and (sometimes intense!) training sessions. But the amount of beautiful souls who are ready and willing to help all of us get on our way, its inspiring, truly. It makes me WANT to learn more so I can become one of those people who can give back and help someone else when they get stuck with something. So a very big thank you to all of you!
