Also make sure:
- you do not use proxies
- you passed the verification
- 2-step and phone verifications are disabled
- the access for less secure apps is allowed
- your Adwords account does not have a campaign or it is finished
- there are no pop-up windows when you enter your adwords account and there is no option to select the account as in business account
- your account is not MCC
- you enter the correct credentials
arturo the info seems outdated if not to say more. they support mcc accounts, unfinished adwords campaigns & some proxies sound just weird, and they've got 20+ other KW research methods besides adwords anyway )
