Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since I blogged about my newly launched business.

So here's a recap; Analyst2Hire (www.analyst2hire.com) is a global platform that connects employers, entrepreneurs and small to medium sized (even large) companies to Freelancing Consultants (IT, Strategy, Business & Transformation), Business Analysts (IT, Business, Data, Systems & Process) and Business Architects (including Systems and Enterprise).

The platform enables businesses to benefit from employee related cost savings, hire targeted freelancers for short to medium term projects, have access to global talents on demand and improve their project quality and turnaround time. At the same time, Freelancing Consultants, Business Analysts and Business Architects benefit from having access to high quality projects, convert their spare time to income generating periods and provide their services to companies globally in a secure, flexible, virtual environment.

So what have I done to date?

I have created a FaceBook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages (search for Analyst2hire) and I have been engaging users constantly. I have also created a YouTube page and uploaded my first explainer video (https://goo.gl/EFjcvW) which helps viewers to have a better understanding of what we do (so far it has generated 50 views and 3 likes). The actual videos have also been shared directly via FaceBook.

The results have been slow but encouraging. We now have 87 users split into 60 Freelancers and 27 Employers and 1 Projects has been posted and offered to a Freelancer. This is all great news. Our global ranking on Alexa.com has significantly improved, moving from 17 million in January to just over 7 million today.

What next?

I have been posting blogs to LinkedIn and now the response is getting better, more people have started reading and liking my articles. I have only just paid for FaceBook advertising with the hope of reaching 190k people who's careers are covered by my niché area with a conservative conversion rate of 0.001% (190 over the next 28 days). In less than 24 hours the video I advertised on FaceBook has been viewed by over ten thousand people. I will continue writing and sharing more articles on FaceBook, Linkedin and Twitter with the hope of generating more organic users.

So what?

I need some guidiance and advice from the wealth and fountain of knowledge we have here on Wealthy Affiliate. What else can I do to improve the number of visitors to my site and also the number that sign up. How do I improve the connection with my visitors and users so that they are happy customers? How to I get the employers to also sign up a lot more and use the services offered by the platform.
