Having weird organic traffic on my website?
Hello people,
Not sure if it is related but there are sites like http://verytraffic.com that say that they can improve your organic traffic. I am wondering if these are similar? Of course, if you have not signed up for them then they could be spam or bot-related.

Indexing simply means that Google has found your post / site! Make your corrections now since you are not yet ranked!

Hi Arno, congratulations on getting your article indexed. You may change the link without any consequence.
The only time Google will double-check it, is if you update a whole bunch of information and change the URL to that post.

You can change anything you want with your post but be careful not to change the url hyperlink of your post. If that happens you are totally writing a new post.

So, your ranking and being indexed by Google are two different things. Being indexed means that Google "knows" your post exists. Your ranking, which since you were just indexed, is probably not very high yet, especially if your website is new. Adding an affiliate link can affect rankings, and adding a lot of them can definitely affect rankings in a big way. That is why Kyle and Jay are proponents of also publishing posts that don't have affiliate links. In other words, if you have affiliate links on all of your webpages, this will likely give you poor rankings. Peppering them in, however, is fine. A strategy that works well is to have webpages that have no affiliate links internally link to other webpages that do. So, there's no need to worry about adding an affiliate link to a blog post. Just make sure you have other posts that don't have affiliate links. I hope that helps.

If URL changes to Google it is a new post.

Above all... remember that your website is about what is giving the reader the best experience possible. If multiple products does that, go for it. If not, it's time to tighten up a bit.

Once site starts gaining traction, traffic and authority I would then scale.
