If I'm understanding you correctly, you are wanting to know what WA does for you and what you would have to do as a member?
WA is a teaching website. They teach you how to build your own website and how to find ways to add posts (content) to your site. Also where to find things to promote (affiliates).
Everyone here creates their own website. Think of WA like an online college where you learn to do the job you want - in this case learn to be an affiliate marketer - that is promote other people's products through your website.

You choose the product you want to promote. I am sure you can probably create you site in your language as well. A niche applies to everything from a windshield to the rims on the car in your picture. You will be creating your own links within your website.
