# 2 - Logging in N00b Hours

So today I've decided that I should probably start getting my act together and no longer postpone the website building. This is something that I've been dreading forever. What kind of freaking content will I put on? I'm not a writer! People are going to go to my site and they're going to hate me. And all of these self-sabotaging thoughts keep coming up. So I went to the gym and started my kettlebell workout when it struck me.
Self: "WHO THE HELL CARES IF YOU SUCK AT WRITING CONTENT?! Just do it, learn from it, and move on with your life. For christs' sake man. Just nut up and go for it. You've already paid for the domain and you've already paid for hosting. might as well make use of it. HOLY S*** don't drop the weight on your foot!!!?"
So of course I hit the nearest starbucks and I order absolutely nothing. I just had to get away from the smell of feet and ass from the locker room at my gym. Apparently coffee helps reset the olfactory senses.... maybe its bs but I no longer smell feet. Anyway, I go home afterwards and I figure, "it's time to get to work!"
9 hours later I'm still trying to figure out how the hell to set-up my website properly, considering my noob first post where I should've just stuck with the program...... but I digress. I read through the lessons over and over again just to see where I went wrong.
Keep reader in mind... check

400 words in length,.. check
So now that I've created my web page and I have the necessary plug-in and I followed all of the instructions given... I realize that my home page isnt the page I just created. So since about 3am today I've been wrapping my brain around how to do it. And suddently I decided that I'm going to ask for help on live chat. I've gotten a great tip from @rvkram and I deleted the entire thing and started from scratch. I knew this was going to be a long night/morning. So anyway, I did that and i was still experiencing the same problem.
Long story short I asked again and @RICH was so helpful enough to inadvertently help me by me doing the exact opposite of what he asked me to do. I thanked him up and down for indirectly helping me and I moved on with my life. So now I can officially say that although I have only 1 page up, (and yes, now the home page is the new page that I created), the site is up and running and its beautiful. I feel extremely accomplished. Now on to lessons 8, 9, and 10. It's going to be an epic morning....
