What does 5% Starter to Premium upgrade percentage is maintained mean when I want to cash out 40 affiliate credits? Does that mean WA gets 5% of those credits?

What does 5% Starter to Premium upgrade percentage is maintained mean when I want to cash out 40 affiliate credits? Does that mean WA gets 5% of those credits?
Hi - it means that 5% of the people you refer here as new members have to upgrade to premium. So, if you refer 20 new members, at least 1 of them has to upgrade.
Just a follow-up question, are those starter members who never added profile images and description count as new members. You won't get 2 credits ($1) from them so I hope they are not counted.
