How I Create 3 Blog Posts a Week Using Wealthy Affiliate (Step-by-Step Workflow)

In this post, I want to walk through a process I’ve been consistently following for the past few weeks—creating blog content using Wealthy Affiliate. This is now my third week sticking to a blogging routine, and that consistency alone is starting to feel like progress.
What I’m focusing on here is not just writing, but building a system. A repeatable process that allows me to generate content regularly without overcomplicating things. Right now, I publish four blog posts per week—three are purely for maintaining blog activity, and one is promoted across social media.
This post focuses on how I create those three non-promoted articles using Wealthy Affiliate’s Business Hub.
My Weekly Content Structure
Before getting into the steps, here’s how I organize my weekly content:
- 3 blog posts (Monday–Wednesday): Created using Wealthy Affiliate tools, not promoted
- 1 blog post (weekly): Based on video content and shared across social media
This approach helps me stay consistent without spending too much time on marketing every single post.
Step 1: Finding Content Ideas in Business Hub
Inside Wealthy Affiliate, I go to:
My Businesses → View Hub → Content Research
From there, I choose a topic related to my niche. In my case, I’m focusing on Forex trading, and one of the topics I selected was:
“Forex Indicators: Using Tools to Identify Trading Opportunities”
Once selected, I move to the writing task and open the article builder using the standard blog post format.
Step 2: Identifying Keywords
Before generating the article, I take a moment to break down the title and identify the main keywords.
From this example, I extracted:
- Forex indicators
- Identify trading opportunities
I then test these keywords using the platform’s keyword suggestions to confirm they are relevant and searchable.
This step is important because it guides how I instruct the AI to write the article.
Step 3: Using AI with Structured Prompts
Instead of letting AI generate content randomly, I use a structured prompt that I’ve saved and reuse every time.
The instructions include:
- Adding specific keywords for SEO
- Including internal links (when available)
- Writing a TL;DR section after the introduction
- Adding an FAQ section before the conclusion
This gives me a consistent structure across all my articles.

I also specify tone—usually conversational—to match the style I want.
Step 4: Reviewing and Editing the Draft
Once the AI generates the article, I don’t publish it immediately.
I check:
- Keyword placement
- Internal links (making sure they open in a new tab)
- Repetition of links (I usually reduce duplicates)
At this stage, the article is structurally complete, but still needs a personal touch.
Step 5: Adding Diary Elements
Since my blog is also a trading diary, I add a short personal section at the end of each post.
This includes:
- The date
- A reference to my latest entry
- A tracking link related to the topic
This helps me keep continuity across posts and track progress over time.
Step 6: Publishing and Editing in WordPress
After publishing from Wealthy Affiliate, I move to WordPress for final adjustments.
Key things I do there:
- Convert the content into blocks for easier editing
- Fix spacing issues
- Remove unnecessary links
- Add categories
I also adjust the URL slug before publishing, since it cannot be changed later easily.
Step 7: Creating and Adding Images
For images, I use two types:
- Featured image (rectangular)
- Inline image (square)
Initially, I used simple title-based prompts, but recently I started generating image prompts using AI based on the full article. This produces much better results.
Even then, I sometimes need to regenerate images until I find something usable.
Step 8: Final SEO Adjustments
Before finishing, I update:
- Meta title (shortened if needed)
- Meta description (usually based on the TL;DR section)
This step is quick but important for search visibility.
What I’m Testing Next
This entire process is still an experiment.
Recently, I started exploring how to reuse this content:
- Turning blog posts into YouTube content
- Sharing them on Facebook with affiliate links
- Creating multi-day posting campaigns
The idea is to see how far one piece of content can go when reused properly.
Conclusion
This workflow is not perfect, but it’s practical.
It allows me to:
- Stay consistent
- Publish regularly
- Improve over time
The biggest takeaway so far is that having a system matters more than trying to create perfect content every time.
Next, I’ll be exploring the second content source—turning video content into blog posts—but that process is longer and will likely need its own breakdown.
For now, this is the method I’m using—and refining—as I go.
