I have chosen my niche however I don't where to begin with building a website.
If you haven't been doing so, go through the Get Started Here training lessons. Course 1 Lesson 3 is on finding your niche, Lesson 4 talks about building your website.
Take it a step at a time by going through the training provided.
I suggest you go back and watch it again. Kyle lays out the process step-by-step. It's really best to watch a piece of the video, pause it and do what he says to do, then play some more. Just pause and do, pause and do, if that helps.
