Yes I have a template that supports the static page. I am trying to figure out how my posts are going to show up. I think it will be in the menu on the right side. I am in the process of creating my first post. I just now set up the categories for posts first. I hope that is what we do. I am probably getting ahead of my training. This move is driving me crazy and it's hard to do both move and do the lessons. I am on level 2, Course 2, Lesson 4. What do you think? Am I off base? Should I have created the Post first, then edited for what category it's in? I have set up a whole slough of categories.

Lynne, don't worry, you will figure this out in time. When you need help we can have a skype or hangout talk with screen share, this is much easier than talk with written words. So a "lame can help the blind". lol. I am glad that I have learnt many things in the last 4-5 months that I am here and I am happy to share!

Say what? Well, I only have one site. I wonder what is going on with Rubix? Last night my images on the Front page were going all weird on me and I kept having to delete and add them again. Resizing was the only fix. They had been just fine the day before. A couple of times the images completely disappeared and needed to be added again. Needless to say, I was up a lot longer than I planned on last night, just on technical issues! This may have something to do with the disappearance of the Front page altogether. A glitch. I may have to contact Support. I just thought someone might know a quick fix or teach a method of adding pages I had not heard. Back to the lessons? Maybe

You know what i had problems with my blogs also. I had to resize my lettering size and when i updated they were all capitalized. every single letter. .

If there is no other text on the posts page, then it will show up blank in the edit box but in the browser, the list of posts will show up online.

It's not exactly a Post page. It's called a front page, I think. It has text and images on it and it was showing up last night. To clarify, it does show up as listed in the All Pages area. When I click into it, it is my new page from last night. I had two pages to add last night. I published them and they were all numbered. I think I had numbered them as 0, 1, 2, up to 7. This morning I tried numbering them 1, 2, 3, etc.

Check and see if its not set as your home page and also check your posts it may be there I am kind of new at this but I had the same problem. This may sound stupid but if you have more than one website check your other sites I accidentally set it to another site

I am sorta remembering that I had an issue with which page I was starting out with. I may not have used the given 'Home' page. I may have used 'Add new', after deleting the Sample page as instructed. When I migrated, moved my site.rubix to my purchased domain I deleted that Sample page as well. Then I started filling in the 'Front Page, BECAUSE, my view of my Home page was just a blue page with a Menu at top! That's it! I am contacting Support now! Thanks for your responses, Lynne

It just appears to be a post in your blog roll with other posts added more recently which would move it down the roll a little.

Have I just numbered them wrong? I have tried numbering that first page 0 and 1 both! I had used the Add a Page function, so did not intend a Post. What's with that? I thank you so much for responding when you did! I was about to contact Support, which I am not at all apposed to, but it seemed like a community question. Great! Good to know. Apparently, I will be able to fix whatever.

It looks like you're using pages for most everything instead of posts for your articles. This may be adding a lot of stress for ya'!

When you set your home page to reflect your posts and then just use pages for 'About Me', 'Contact Me' and 'Disclaimers' it tends to keep your Menu fairly cleaned up.

When I first started at WA I had no idea what the difference between posts and pages were. It took me a while to figure everything out but once I got the hang of posts as opposed to pages it took a lot of stress off me.
