Guess How I Treat my Job Recruiters Who Continue to Get it Wrong

With some delight, I am going to be transparent and maybe give a hint at another way to advertise for the newly unemployed, retired or people on a recruiters list because they are looking to switch careers or organizations.

Anyone that thinks me rude or inappropriate, let them ask Kyle before criticizing me! I would appreciate constructive criticism, for which you are well known for, thanks!

This is my response this morning, December 7, 2016, after first letting a particular recruiter know, for the umpteenth time that I am not qualified for an Admin. Assistant Level III position and thanking them for their interest, telling them I am retired and self-employed with WealthyAffiliates:

Message at end of response to Recruiters:

PS:

This is wonderful and legit:

Comments, anyone? I'm busy the rest of the day. I will try to defend myself tonight, PST US UTC-8 Thanks for your time! Lynnette

P.S. HINT for the unemployed: Do not post anything you are not proud of on JobCase. It is open to public view. I just Googled myself InPrivate view, found three of my latest, illustrious posts in response to poor, struggling peers who had become jobless. Fortunately, I had nothing for which I was ashamed of. [It DOES contain my plug for WA Black Friday!] Temper your comments if you dare post anywhere on the job boards! FYI

P.S.S: Nice that I can see my LinkedIn, newly updated profile shows the words of my niche!

I like your advice especially about having your "safety net" - I have never heard of JobCase. Is that a job hunting website?

Steph

JobCase offers notifications of available jobs as well as being a forum. I have noticed that many will vent voraciously about how they lost their job and their unfair treatment. I am appalled at the things that are said in there! I was very careful what I said about my employment and merely offered encouragement where I could. People do not realize the footprint they are creating online. I also do not understand why JobCase allows their posts to become public! The day I put out those last posts I did finally read the terms of agreement. I should have read it already, yes! I did see that they said they had the right to edit and reproduce what we had said. Wonder why they would want to. Oh, well. I am just glad I was careful! Not that I would blab about any coworkers. No.

By the way, I changed one of my twitter feeds, the one I will eventually use to promote WA, to @Affiliate_Safetinet. My niche feed is @RareHealth_Slueth

How I do go on! I've got to get to work, or finish checking messages. I have been packing all day!

Thank you for this cautious and enlightening advice Lynette!
