WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) became a multi-billion dollar worldwide source of sports entertainment because of the genius of Vince McMahon. He made his company successful because of one thing. He Listens to his fans. He listened to what they really wanted to see and hear. That's how he keeps his fans entertained and coming back to watch his shows and entertaining athletes. The last thing he would ever want to do is insult his fans intelligence; and figure out what his fans wanted for them.

Moral I learned from this, if we want to keep our customers coming back, Always Listen to what they Want! The last thing you ever want is to insult people's intelligence and keep throwing at them something they don't really want. Always Listen! And one day, some of us will be running multi-billion dollar companies like Vince McMahon.
