Internet where have you gone
Hi to all.
Many fall outs has occurred from the coronavirus and I hope that none of you are experiencing the bug, either yourself or you know someone who has. It is effecting everyone at some level from schools that has to close, to large events that have been cancelled. A lot of people have been told to work at home and companies are doing everything to help in this regards.
As more people are working at home, means that the broadband will be under stress, as it was designed not to have too many people using them at the same time. The broadband system will be put under tremendous strain and as a result the system may not be able to cope.
You may see the internet dropping out more and for longer periods of time. You may not be able to work on your business for a while but this does not mean that you cannot do other aspects of the business. Carrying on researching and carry on regardless.
Life does go on.
One more thing, at this time of need, do check on your neighbours and other elderly members of society, so that they suffer no want.
What do you plan to do if your internet goes out?
Thanks
Antonio

If my internet goes Antonio, I will use my phone as a hotspot and continue. Very easy to set up and you have got it wherever you go. I use it when I am away.
Well said Antonio, we will get through this if we work together. Keep on doing what we are doing.

yes! that's are rumours at the moment ( stress to the internet lines are imnent)
Usually I get a pocket wifi
already been in situation without NBN / internet and phone line for a few weeks and the pocket wifi helped in such times
to get me by as it can connect true wire to desktop that don't have wireles connection in them.

Nice post!
You show a real problem. But I know it is good to always plan for the worst, but I think that in the stressful situation right now, I will not look for solutions to the problems that I do not have yet. But if that happened to me, I would no longer work while waiting for the situation to settle down thanks to a computer technician.
Life is really not a long, quiet river!
Stay safe!
