Money Is The Root Of All Evil Or The Opposite

Money was the motivator for most of us and why we ended up being an affiliate marketer in the first place, me included. The first question we ask the WA community is "How can we make money online?". But being doing affiliate marketing for some time, money does not bring me joy. It does bring me some added cash to go on great vacations and buy material stuffs but it does not fulfill me from the inside.

But being in the WA community makes me realize what really fulfills me. It is helping others. From where I am now, there are 700,000 registered small and medium business throughout the country with a very low percentage are using the online platform for marketing purposes. I've set a target to help 0.01% of these small businesses to be discovered online through Google+ Local and that is around 700 local businesses. A daunting target and task indeed, but it is something that I really like doing. This is what I am currently doing to get engagement with these local businesses.

(1) Engagement through local business networks

(2) Blogging on my page to educate local business the importance of online presence

(3) Using social media such as FB and Google+ to reach more small business owners

(4) Attending seminars with local businesses

(5) Planning to do a talk on how local business can benefit using Google+ Local

And at the core of it all, I'm introducing these local businesses to WA because I truly believe that the module, training and the people in WA could really help the local business in my community.
