Ah alright so explain that I am trying to get into affiliate marketing, would like to promote their products, and such?
Hey AnubisVI
Yes you can say that normally they just lets you in. Make sure you do not pay to promote their products unless you know that is absolute gold products.
Best place to go for affiliate programs is Amazon or ClickBank.
Hope this helps

I am not a US Citizen but I have a work permit and social security number available. The work permit needs to be renewed every 2 years - so I was wondering if this would cause
That seem to be a legal issue and i think anyone here without knowing your situation will only be guessing.

Alright I tried asking some ambassadors this question and I've gotten no responses, so I'll post here in hopes someone can help out.
I'm pretty new to affiliate marketi
Hi!
... I use eBay Enterprise Network - it's easy and very similiar to the other affiliate networks.
I have not yet "partnered" with them, but I may do that as well since I am also working on an antiques site which might fall in quite naturally with Ebay - but I don't know a lot about it yet.
GMEGSSS - Please tell me more!
what I meant by "partner" is if you use them as an affiliate network for your websites.
If you do, could you tell me what they look for in a website and how the application process went for you?
Also, do you remember how much content and traffic you were generating when they accepted you?
Thanks!
I use eBay Enterprise Network currently;
http://www.ebayenterprise.com/marketing_solutions/affiliate_network/
I use EEN for some companies I that I advertise on my site.
It was very easy to join, and my site had some content of course, but is still in it's infancy.
eBay Partner Network
https://www.ebaypartnernetwork.com/files/hub/en-US/index.html
... I plan to sign on with EPN as well - since one of the sites I'm working on deals with antiques and collectibles it would fall in quite naturally with what eBay offers in that area - I suspect it would also be very easy to get on board.
Hmm interesting although from what I've read EPN is a lot more difficult to get into - let me know if you're accepted when you decide to join.
Which of your sites did you register EEN with? Also, how much content would you suggest I have before I consider applying?
I will join the Partners program today and let you know how it goes.
eBay Enterprise Network - I joined that initially to get a specific company that I wanted to put on my ladies golf site - I have that listed in my profile (just see my profile for that site).
... I also found some companies that I could advertise for on one of my other sites that deal with senior care (that's a site dedicated to my specific "local" area).
... I don't think you need a huge amount of work done on your site to get accepted; but quality and content are always key in my opinion.
Awesome thanks for all the info, I really appreciate it!
I'll check out your ladies golf site in a few to see more or less what I need to start with.
Best of luck to you and hope you're accepted with EPN!
ok - just applied to EPN
"The application review process takes several days, but during busy periods it can take longer"
... I'll let you know how it turns out.
- the application was fairly easy. I've been selling on eBay as well for many years, so I don't know if that will speed things up or not.

Hi I researched a few possible affiliate programs and the one I'm most interested in promoting is partnered with eBay Enterprise Affiliate Network...I looked up the Network and
Hi AnubisVI, my suggestion is to look for a less demanding affiliate program by doing what steveo5770 suggests. As a newbie with not much (if any) traffic you will most likely be stopped before you start with eBay Enterprise Affiliate Network. ~Marion
Hey MBlack, thanks for the suggestion but I'm afraid if I promote other affiliates I won't be able to partner with eBay Enterprise later down the road. The thing is I read some forums and talking about Ebay Partner Enterprise and they all said not to have any other affiliate links on their site - I don't know if thats the same case for EEN.
It seems that if you are heart-set on having eBay Enterprise Network as your affiliate program then you will have to wait until you have enough traffic to please them.
well I haven't applied with them...but I would like to know the minimum requirements - I checked their website and they weren't very specific so I was hoping the WA community would have some insight.
Have you tried looking for affiliate programs by searching Google for
(products you want to promote) + affiliate programs?
Yes I'm interested in promoting this particular website but they're partnered with eBay Enterprise Affiliate Network...and they seem to be pretty demanding when it comes to traffic
