Struggling to find a theme - finally found a technique that helps find the right one
Hi all....
Really struggled to get past the choose a theme part of the training and that cause a kind of mental block going round in circles. In fact it caused me to come to a full stop for a long time.......can see form some of the comments that others have felt the same way too
Think the problem is trying to visualise what each theme would look like with content in there.
Here's a trick that has really helps me .....sharing in the hope it helps others
1. find a site that has a similar look and feel to the one you want
2 Go to http://www.wpthemedetector.com/ type in the address of the site and it will reveal which theme it uses and what plugins are installed.
Should give a better idea if that theme will suit your purpose.

Great suggestion. What sites do you look at ? Do you mean out of the array of theme choices on website builder or sites outside of WA? And not everyone lists their websites here on WA. ?
