Inspiration Is The Key

I get asked a lot by Network Marketers to join their program/team just because I appear to be the perfect prospect. I am energetic, a self-starter and believe that anyone can do anything they WANT to do. I don’t do well with jobs because they are too slow due to fixed wages that lure employees to sleep. But this is not what makes me a good prospect, because I don’t care how much energy you have…that is not what will make your team grow.Your team will only grow if you can inspire them to pursue their dreams and aspirations.

This can only be done if your actions result in success.You must go into battle and win some battles before people will follow you. You must stand in front of legions of troops and march into battle FIRST before anyone will trust your sincerity. You must be willing to give first without expectation of receiving anything in return.You must sustain the scars of loss after loss…the same scars you are asking others to bare.Your will must be portrayed as unyielding for only time and consistency can reveal this. You must stand firm on moral grounds so your reputation can produce good fruit. You must run the race whether anyone follows you or not.

Everyone wants to belong to someone or something. Better yet, everyone wants to belong to someone or something that will lift them up by transforming their emotions into productive actions. Everyone wants to feel good about something they’ve accomplished that is contributory to their surroundings.

So if you can inspire someone today, then you can inspire someone tomorrow.If you can inspire someone today and tomorrow then you can sponsor and recruit as a skilled fisherman cashes in on his catch.

My gift to you is my sincere advice.Don’t look to recruit members to your team. Look to inspire those around you. Look to lift them up and push them to the front of the line. For when you teach, give, love and inspire is when you give others a sense of belonging. I am speaking of the same care a parent gives to her child. This is what yields followers. And the audacity to hope others will prevail is what springs admiration from even those that envy you.

I encourage you today, to get behind someone and lift them up. For the more you lift the stronger you become. The stronger you become, the more you inspire others to be likewise. If you cannot inspire me,

I will join your team today and be gone tomorrow. I aspire to earn a badge of courage by each of you because each of you will judge me differently.

I am already inspired by each of you…inspired enough to serve diligently.
