How can I upgrade with my paylution visa card with $62 usd?
I tried but it declined and today is my last day to upgrade. What can I do?
Hi Mindwell, I know it is $19 USD, but my accounts are in the red and I opened this PayLution Visa Card to upgrade in WA. I activated it on sunday and loaded it with what I could afford and it declined when I try to upgrade to premium. I want to upgrade, I don't know what to do. I have some money in Traffic Monsoon but I have to wait on this new bank that they are opening.
