Bad News: My LinkShare account is terminated five days after regisnation
I just received an email from Rakuten LinkShare Network.
"Your affiliate account in the Rakuten LinkShare Network has been terminated under Section 20 of Rakuten LinkShare's Terms and Conditions (http://marketing.rakuten.com/publisher-membership-...). Access to your account has been suspended, and all Rakuten LinkShare links on your site will no longer function effective immediately. If you have any questions, please contact us at compliance@linkshare.com."
I registered the network on 22/5/2016. I have filled in all the information required on its site. I applied one affiliate program in the network but been rejected. Then, five days later, I am told the my account is terminated because of section 20.
Has anyone have similar experience before?

I just received an email reply after asking what's wrong with my account.
"Thank you for your email.
Please be informed that your account has been terminated due to a conflict with our membership policy regarding original content on publisher's website. Under the terms of your Publisher Membership Agreement, Rakuten Affiliate Network has the right to terminate your participation in the Network in its sole discretion, with or without cause. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reinstate your Rakuten Affiliate Network account or provide further information in this matter. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Thank you for contacting Rakuten Affiliate Network!"
So, what's wrong with my content on my site?

Hi, Lisa and Tim!
Thank you for your suggestions!
I don't have any copied blog post on my site (http://icanrelievemystress.com). The parts that may seem as "copied content" are my citations. Because I will use information from authorities like government departments and professional bodies in my post. When I use their contents, I will give credit to them.
I have decided that I will not spend my time on them for now. Because I still have other affiliate programs and I want to spend more time on my site.
it appears that for whatever reason that avenue is closed to you . You might consider challenging the ruling as Lisa suggested. In the mean time there are plenty other affiliate programs to explore.
Tim
I think they are saying that your content is not original and is copied, but I think you should not accept this if your content is not copied, as it may be just a glitch in their system! I would certainly challenge them over this! regards, Lisa

Hello Everyone,
I have same issue and my account was terminated under section 20, i have made 3000$ in commissions so my question is that if my account is terminated then i will not receive my commissions?
I am sorry to know that. Unfortunately, you may not be able to take back those commissions. I may be wrong about this.
