The New Year is arriving fast, and that means it’s time to make some New Year resolutions!
Some people think that making New Year resolutions isn’t worth the effort because many people forget about them within a few weeks.
However, others believe this is the perfect time to set new goals and start fresh. I agree. I think any time is a great time to make some healthy and positive resolutions. But there’s something about a fresh, new year that gears us up to actually make more effort at following through.
