My Slow and Steady Progress Thus Far

It's been awhile since I've posted anything here, so I thought I'd catch you guys up! (Actually, Lesson 20 out of 50 told me to do this but I swear I intended to write this regardless!)

The Enjoyable Aspects

I really like this program. I'm amazed at how friendly the community is. I've attended the past several live trainings—well, with the exception of last week's—and I just had a blast. It was great. I'm also thrilled how easy to follow the OEC training is. There's nothing confusing about it; it's just a lot of work.

But, it's good work and very worthwhile.

I honestly forget the money aspect because I'm so focused on [the idea of] creating content, and also putting myself out there which is very nerve-wracking. Like I barely post on my social media accounts, so to do so publicly is way out of my comfort zone.

But, I'm growing and that's all I really ask for!

The Difficult Aspects

So, my progress is slower than the average individual; it's something I can freely admit. What should've taken me two weeks took me nearly two months! The training itself is not difficult; it's finding the time to do it that's challenging. Thankfully, I'll be done with my classes in two weeks, so I can assuredly focus on WA more. I feel I'm just getting fired up.

What am I looking forward to?

Honestly, just learning. Seriously! Money is so secondary to me, it's not that big a deal. I'm so enthralled to absorb more knowledge with this fantastic program, just to follow the "knowledge is power" belief.

What's awesome is I can apply this knowledge and utilize it, knowing it will grant me success one day. And I trust that that day will come, it'll just take time. That's not a problem, I know what I signed up for.

I also greatly look forward to more live trainings; that might be my favorite part of this whole experience! It's genuinely something I look forward to every week, which is a great boost to my almost-dwindling morale, hahaha.

The Niche I Am Running With

Well, to be candid, I plan to build more websites in the future. I don't necessarily want to stick to just one; I want like 10, haha! (maybe 8, that's my lucky number anyhow)

I realize that's a tall order, but I personally don't mind. I feel like I can do it. Plus, I keep coming up with more ideas every day, which invigorates my drive to continue my pursuit here at Washington-- I mean, WA.

But to get my feet wet (figuratively, I usually wear socks and hate being barefoot), I decided to dabble with a Sudoku niche for the time being. It's one of the leisure activities I enjoy doing to pass the time.

My only concern is I didn't necessarily narrow it down, because I didn't really know how... I'd hope that I could later on once I continue the training and "find my way."

Any Successes?

Uh, sure, but I don't want to sound like a braggart. Like I barely accomplished anything that spectacular in my life... and the things I am proud of achieving aren't considered "important." Things like reaching Top 5 in a discontinued rhythm game or gradually learning a specific song on the piano, an instrument I self-taught. I'm personally proud of myself, I just don't think anyone else [in my life] is that invested. And that's perfectly fine.

My Plans/Goals for the Next 3 to 6 Months

This is a really good question (although not displayed as such in the heading). It's always beneficial to [try to] plan ahead, move forward and figure out your next goals in life. I need to be more organized in that regard.

Well for starters, I'd love nothing more than to complete the Online Entrepreneur Certification training here at Wealthy Affiliate!! If I don't achieve this in three months, then what am I doing, you know?

I'd also really like to get the ball rolling with an upcoming project I have in mind. It's an outlandish idea I've had since October of last year, but it's something I know I want to pursue moving forward. And I'd love to share it with you guys in the future.

THE LAST

If you seriously read all of this, then WOW!! Thank you so much, I more than appreciate your persistence and dedication. I hope all of you are tackling your goals every single day, and doing so with boldness and confidence.

That's what I strive to do.
