Yes, it's okay to insert a word in there if it doesn't make sense without it. Google will understand. But, here's the thing. Inserting an extra word like "the", "and" or "for" changes the longtail keyword. Yes, it DOES affect it. So, if you do that and then someone comes along and creates an article with the longtail exactly how you initially wanted it. This new article, of course, will be a closer match and perhaps beat you on rank. so, I would get creative with the title and use it as is (no extra words) and use that as the meta keyword. But, use it normally within the article so that it reads well.
Thank you for the answer. I have the word as exact match in the post title, but then in the text I separate it by a few other words just so it makes more sense. I will make sure to include it in the meta tag.

The sumome plug-in shows above text on mobile devices because of the lack of sidebars. The sidebars disappear on mobile but sumome stays to the right. Is there a way to fix tha
Is it the share buttons that are covering your text? Or is it the pop up? I had the pop up but I change it to a grid because I noticed that it was covering up the text on mobile and there's no way to get rid of it. Also, some people mentioned the website pop up is annoying too.
Is that what you're talking about?
The share buttons is what I'm talking about. They just cover the text of any post on mobile and I don't know how to get rid of them. I guess I should try a new plug-in.
I use SumoMe and i see that the share buttons are above the text behind but I can scroll to read the text. I guess you can't. I don't know. Sorry!
