I send out when I feel like it's not always I send an article many times I share just a thought or ask a question

Those hours and days are strategic but you can send when you want but most of the traffic is peak between those hours. ;-)
I've heard it before but then I post at a time when I am not online. I have previously tried to do it with software but it feels artificial
