The new eu cookie law and adsense
HI Folks,
I have Adsense on just one of my sites and it generates revenu on a daily basis since I've installed Adsense.
I've noticed that I have no activity at all on my Adsense since I installed this new and obliged plugin.
Have you noticed the same issue with your sites? I'm starting to wonder if this law was not done on purpose in order to affect our sites. I really don't understand why the EU passed this law that affects user experience when people visit our sites.
I wonder if Google could not challenge this law in court? Who really gains from this law, is the question I ask myself.

Maybe it depends on which plugin you installed. I have Cookie Law Info on my websites EU Cookie Law - Compliance With EU Directive And adsense is working as per usual (and paying out). ~Marion

I am not a lawyer or legal scholar… but would imagine it should not apply to you in Canada. The only instance may be if you have signed up with Amazon or other affiliate program with their EU dividision, then you may need this plug-in. As I understand it, you must be actively doing business with and/or soliciting citizens for business that are living in EU.
