Hero's Journey Part 3

The third part of Joseph Campbell's Hero Journey is being in the woods, lost without a clue. I would clearly say this is where I'm at. I'm very confused!

Google just ranked a domain name that I transferred over from go daddy. There was no content in it. The current web site that I've been working on has not been ranked, and the niche is the same.

I'm wondering if I should transfer the content that I've done so far onto the ranked site and delete the current one. Google may see that as duplicate content, but maybe not if I delete it.

I really don't know what I'm doing--lost in the woods, as I said.

I think that the current web site has too much competition to rank easily. I don't want to make a major mistake here. I could get eaten by the wolf.

Fantastic post.

I'm kind of lost too, Anne, but I don't mind being lost. It's like exploring. Trust your instincts until you learn different. There are so many technical ideas, it's easy to get frustrated. The wandering path may lead us somewhere worthwhile. Try transferring the content, but not deleting first. No big risk there. And the wolf? Don't worry, his bark is worse... :)

Thank you, that's really good advice. Being lost must happen once you step on the path, it cannot be otherwise. I will let go of my rigid need to know what happens next. Your response was reassuring, and I appreciate that.

Keep the faith, Anne. Stay in the now. :)

Thank you, I appreciate your advice. Seems like a big deal to be ranked by google and why not leverage it.

I would transfer my content. Or start over with the transferred site
