Good day

I hope you are all doing well.

Could you kindly help me? I may be wrong, and I welcome your advice or criticism so here is my concern, 1st I have 57 pu

You have fantastic responses from Eric and Phil; I am confident that with time, you'll make out great.

Is your niche a very specialized one? Always look for yourself into the actual Google SERPS to see your position. Jaaxy is great at tracking your rank, but you can't go wrong simply opening an incognito or private window, making a simple keyword search and seeing where you turn up on the page.

Also, I HIGHLY recommend adding complimentary YouTube content for every article you're creating. This allows your content to not only be found in the YouTube SERPS, but in Google as well, along with having your videos show in the Google SERPS where your articles didn't.

Plus, YouTube is so much more search friendly and you can start earning revenue just based on watch time, subscribers, etc. It's where I found my audience and it ended up building my website's authority as an added benefit.

Thank you so much I truly appreciate your advice, chicskin specializes in skincare, particularly addressing specific skin concerns such as sensitive, acne-prone, and mature skin and what types of beauty products readers can use. I've also written some posts on natural remedies to see if I can attract an audience in this area.

YouTube, it may seem as though all arrows are pointing me in that direction, I put off creating a channel because it would require a lot of time, etc. I've done YouTube before for something different and the results were not satisfactory, however, I'm willing to try it out for this website to succeed. So far, I have only incorporated a YouTube video in one of my posts but that's from another channel.

Before I create a channel, I will do some training here on YouTube and then action.

are you using keywords that people will use to check in jaaxy or the complete keyword that you used for the post...
remember psople may not use all of the keyword...
if google has indexed them then it thinks they are useful - jsut not as useful as others for queries typed in...
check your search console account for keywords that you are starting to rank for...remember to reduce the time period to a week or so....
search engine traffic is the hardest to get - make sure you are going where your audience is and talking to them there and letting them know you are putting out useful content - the marketing part of internet marketing....are you members of groups associated with your niche...
but well done for getting so far in a short time...your site is very young at the moment, don't be impatient there are hundreds of other sites in your niche that have been thee longer than you have - so why would google rank you above them....
now you need to start to learn how to use the analytical data in google ot push further forward - and find other sources of traffic...

Thank you so much this is super helpful I will work on some of the questions here so that if implemented correctly I can work towards gradually building trust in my niche then traffic can follow.

I have no time to think about that...

I am constantly devising, adjusting, improvising, and asking myself, "How can I do this or that?" - Look at myself in the mirror daily and ask myself how I've done for the day. - Also, thinking of the 'Why' is a great motivator.

No problem, Annastasia :)

Please keep us updated on your progress.

Feeling overwhelmed is quite normal when you first get started. But do not let that stop you from achieving your dreams.
Sometimes the technical things we spend hours on when we first start might not be that important, so make sure to focus on the training and keep moving forward. And if yo have technical problems, make sure to ask below the lessons or contact the SiteSupport if it is something with the hosting here.

All of us that are making a living online have had to go through challenges but it is so worth it for the financial and personal freedom it gives to have an online business. Well done of you to also ask about this and voice your feelings instead of just giving up. That shows great strength and I am sure you can do this. Just do not let yourself get overwhelmed and take everything step-by-step on step at the time.

Thank you Mikael

lols! its hard but it will surely get better. will keep my eyes on the goal... wont be easy but will try my best.

Sounds good. Nothing worth achieving is easy, but it can be so worth it. As I said, just take it step by step and then it will all start to come together.

Hi Annastasia,

Affiliate marketing can be very stressful. You get a lot of issues, but on the plus side, correcting those issues gives you a ton of knowledge and mistakes you are unlikely to make again. Or those are common problems; once you fix them, you know what to do next time.

The first year is the hardest, but once you get past that point, you will be surprised at how much easier things become. Don't give up! I know it is difficult to have patience, but if you stick with it, your work will pay off. Plus you always have a sounding board with us.

Nancy

Thank you Nancy

your kind words are truly helpful and i will keep at it and hope for the best outcome.

Don't try to drink through a fire hose Annastasia, there are going to be a lot of things that are brand new to you and that you will be learning within the first few months of starting a business.

In fact, this will always be the case as you advance your knowledge, skill set and your business, you increase yourself to more and more opportunity.

You are learning lets, and getting through these initial hurdles though trialing at the time, are part of the process of building a successful business. You are solving problems, and as you move forward, these initial hurdles will be skills you have to become more and more proficient.

If you ever feel even the slightest bit stuck, reach and and we will be more than happy to give you a hand. :)

Good Morning Kyle

thank you, i will bear in mind everything in mind and take it in as i go along.

My biggest issue is as per below response to Dave.

My problems are as follow's:
* I'm not 100% sure if my problems started or got worse after installing Yoast SEO plugin, Reason, my pages stopped getting indexed, and yes not all my pages will get indexed and I'm okay with that but feedback robots.txt - google and Yandex (noindex)

Clean-param - for Yandex was added to robots.txt file but its conflicting with Googles RULE so i amended it to specify that its # Specific rules for Yandex.
modify the robots.txt file to clearly separate the rules for different bots - which is what i did not its still giving an error so i don't know.

Bing Says my site doesn't have *effective (this is not the word used but for this example)* backlinks

*so i went to Yoast to check if indexing is yes on all pages.

i was getting an error report from all sites that my 404 page not found is not active on my website so i added 404 message, but the plugin's i had installed were redirecting my 404 message to a wrong page which is one of my indexed pages but was creating duplicates etc.

* so i checked if there were any plugin's that were IN conflict etc., long story short after removing the 404 plugin and the redirection app. i tested and my 404 massage added on code is/was working last night. Currently don't know will check after work.

What is an example page that is not getting indexed on your website?

Your content should get indexed, but sometimes Google Console will alert you that certain pages are not being indexed and that is because all websites have "tags" set to no-index by default, which is actually what you want.

So this is often times not an issue at all.

Drop me a link to your website pages and specifics here, and we can better help you.

Good evening, Kyle

I hope you are well,

here with the links to posts not indexed. didn't include the about me and affiliate pages - no indexing on those.

Hi Annastasia,

Analysis paralysis is a term used to describe what you are experiencing. It only means that worrying about the small stuff can impede your progress.

Your site will probably not be negatively affected by Yeost. I use it without a problem. It is also supposed to handle your redirect issues.

Backlinks will come in time. The bottom line is that everything will happen in time.

Your concern at this point is to create content.

Lean on Site Support for tech issues. They will let you know when there are fixes you can handle yourself.

And never give up. You've got this. I'm a 63-year-old bone-headed country boy, and if I can make it work...

Hi Dave

thank you for your support and advice, I will do as you have advised. many thanks. :-)

You are very welcome.
