My experience so far!
So, I started this journey earlier this week, with the free version of Wealthy Affiliate. I am on maternity leave with dwindeling pay and yet I managed to find a way to pay for the full version for the first month because I learned so much from the first 10 lessons.
I am super excited to be this far in my journey and have created a few posts that I have already published, and because I feel I am working so quickly through the lessons I have a couple of posts ready to publish in the coming days... I figured posting too much on the same day may be counter intuative? Correct me if I am wrong!!
My niche is nail polish - but I have actually yet to post anything to do with that as I decided to begin with general nail care and healthy nails as this seems like a sensible place to start before 'ruining them' with polish. I want my readers to feel like I am responsible as well as possibly knowledgeable. My site is polishperfections.com
I am very proud that I have created some exciting content that I am truly enjoying, and that I keep getting more ideas for posts! I have created blogs before and never quite gotten this far with the progress and I am still less than a week in. I can't wait to see where this one gets me!!!
My plans in the next 3 monts are to begin creating a revenue stream from my blog in order that my hard work is paying off. I also want to genuinely learn more about nail care and polish and hone my skills on the nail art aspects of my niche.
In the next 6 months I want my site to begin to create a kind of buffer for the childcare costs that I will be paying out when back at work full time as well as a buffer for the rising cost of living in the UK! I also want to begin to feel like the expert in my niche rather than learning as I go (even though I will absolutely still be learning by then!)
I have not followed the format that we have been taught even though the functionality is the same, I just wanted to share how I feel and what I have acomplished in the most natural way possible!

I’m not sure what I’ll do yet as I don’t want to run out of content ideas either!
The creativity seems to be flowing for now though so hopefully not!! I’ll sleep on it and see what I think in the morning I reckon…
I am sure you won’t run out of content ideas! ParthaB (follow him if you aren’t) has a way to have an endless amount of keywords using 2 Google Chrome extensions.
