Lately, most of the websites and mobile applications have Sign-Up form which allows you to signup with your Google or Facebook account, besides of with your email.

Does anybody of you knows how to do this?

Thanks for sharing, Ani.

Thanks for brining this up Anita. Social access is important!

I found this plugin online, don't know if this does the same thing https://wordpress.org/plugins/oa-social-login/

Hm, this is interesting. I will for sure try it. Thanks a lot.

This is done through your autoresponder. Not all autoresponders have this feature but more and more are getting it now. There are some page builders that incorporate this as well like Instabuilder.

I use this on a few of my sites and it is awesome building any type page with tracking. But is has a section that allows you to incorporate social account logins.

Check out all the big name autoresponders like Constant Contact, Awever and Get Response. If you are interested in looking at that Instabuilder program, you can check it out here.. http://homeindependence.net/product/instabuilder/.

I think that software is around $47. I know for making landing pages and thank you pages, there isn't anything better. It has opt-in modules and that is where you will find the option to turn on the social sites logins.

I would start with the Autoresponders first, send them emails and ask them if they off that feature before signing up. Most have demos so it should be in them.

I was assuming that is an autoresponder, but I didn't know which one is offering that option. I must check some of them.

Thanks for your input.

I am pretty sure it is Constant Contact, I tried them out but I run my own built in my site autoresponder so I didn't stay with them. Let me look in my saved demo videos of these autoresponders and I will let you know here in just about 15 minutes

I was wrong, it was Aweber than supports and has the social login option. It works well with the Instabuilder program I had mentioned as well.

Hope that helps

Big thanks. I was doubting which autoresponder to choose, but since Aweber has this option, I made the decision.

I meant to ask, what are you using this for, to signup to a newsletter or for visitors to leave comments. If you want the social convenience for leaving comments, this plugin works OK..

This one however is a little better if you are wanting visitors to register to your website itself..

Both look good. I will try them to see which one works better.

I need it not just for email marketing, but for the customers have their own account on my website as we have here at WA.

There is a plugin that gives you a nice feature to chose from FB, Google and Yahoo login options but it cost $27 for one site or $37 for multiple sites but it looks really nice and works with all autoresponders.

Thanks Rodney. I don't really like the design from the last one.

You've got me wanting one as well. I looked at Aweber and the rest of the big names and most are setup to integrate that feature but none have the opt-in box template that I like either or at least not that I can see without being a member. I messaged a couple of them to see if they can show me what they have or what plugin they recommend. I will find it, I am determined now. LOL

I will let you know what the big name responders say once they get back with me but I found this one that has a free version and a pro. Looks like the pro gives you more flexibility how to redirect the optin. See what you think of this one..

Wow you've put so much effort in this. Thanks so much. The last one looks good also. Since there is a email login and facebook in the same time, probably there is no need of gmail.

Well sometime back I was wanting the same thing, more for opt-in's to newsletters as I didn't have a need for anyone to register to my actual site. I found a few but they all had issue but this is when that feature was kind of new.

Now it is more common and I would like to find one just like in your picture you displayed. I mean it apparently exist although it is more than likely from custom code and I am not that good at that yet.

I think the FB login is probably all you will ever need, if you had another would be the Google one because if you have a Google account, more than likely it is under a gmail account.

The best reason to have the FB authentication is that you get 100% verified email addresses, so building your email list will be more profitable. I use double opt-in now and see how many out there use fake emails.

Of course they don't get the freebee giveaway when they do that but I don't get a valid email either. I am still waiting to hear back from Aweber and GetResponse to see if their templates will include the social authentication buttons.

As for the effort, it isn't really. I like to help others and it also is beneficial to help others. I can't tell you how many new things I learned when teaching someone else or trying to find something like this.

Aweber does not offer social login, they claimed the video I have is where someone used a third party app to do that. Of course they couldn't tell what the app was.

Uh, and I just created an account on Aweber. But since it is free one it is not a problem. I will see what they offer anyway.

I suggest you make a training for this when you get all the information. That would be great for all the people here that need this information.

I have been reading some forums, the talk is that no one offers this in their templates but that everyone is using third party apps or plugins. Of course no one is saying what they are...

I am a bit confused as I have this feature in my page builder Instabuilder. I was looking at my tickets where I was having issues and they said it only worked at the time with Aweber. I may have got a hold of someone that didn't understand the question.

If you find that feature in Aweber, let me know and I will create training. I am currently writing a post about the Autoresponder I use (Arigato) that I run inside my website.

Aweber has a great feature that sends your emails out both in text and HTML at the same time. This is great since some, very few now, still can't get HTML emails.

I was going to include a subject in my post about a paid autorepsonder and I was going to use Aweber since I saw the video on how you could use the social login.

I will see what you can find out and I will keep digging...

Thanks

That has been at the back of my mind for a while. Good question, waiting for an answer too lol

Mario

I have no idea, but I am interested in learning from the replies you get.

Thank you for asking this question.

Susan
