Why Do You Have To Work On Your Strengths, And Not Your Weaknesses?

The reason why I'm writing this blog post is that I saw a video on YouTube the other day and wanted to share with with you people. Plus, I found this quote by Gary Vaynerchuk.

Everyone has their own strengths, but they do have weaknesses as well. Many people have got it all wrong in the first place. I mean, the majority of people say that you must focus on your weaknesses. Like, why? Why would you do that?

Have you ever asked yourself this question, "What might happen to my strengths if I work on my weaknesses?". Well, guess what? When you start working on your weaknesses, the level of your strengths is going to drop down.

So, What Should You Do Instead?

The best way to go by is to work on your strengths so that others cannot see your weaknesses. Do you get it?

Allow me to elaborate a bit more on this statement that I've just mentioned.

If you spend more time strengthening your strengths, your weaknesses will not stand a chance. In other words, the amount of positive energy is surpassing the negative energy within your system.

Conclusion

I don't want to make this blog too long because you might lose your interest in reading it. It's better to keep it short, simple, and clear.
