In order to get high conversion rates, one must try to work with the newcomer for sometime to educate he/she during a couple of days. Show them what your capable of and show them that you can help with by giving your 100%.
Gaining trust isn't Rocket Science, either most of us forget or we are too lazy to care about the newbie who just entered an online business building platform.
My Advice
So my advice to you is to do the things which I've mentioned in the previous paragraph. By doing this, you'll be able to see high conversion rates and the person who you referred will trust you and be comfortable in working with you.
