For example: before posting, I want to check if my post:
1. add any value to readers.
2. target the keywords
3. any image or video......
I never thought of a checklist, that' a brilliant idea! How about
1) grammar (language is not my native language)
2) is it relevant to my niche and informative
3) is it easy to read and attractive (paragraphs, pictures, titles, etc.)

You might want to check Jay's webinar a couple weeks ago. He had an awesome checklist. 10 Steps Required for Top Google Rankings

Agree. It gets overwhelming at times, but I'm not complaining about all the training. :-)
