Hi Angie,
Go to gravatar.com and create your own gravatar. It can be a cartoon style type that you choose from their site, or you can upload any picture you prefer and associate it to your webpage.
You will then log into your wordpress, select settings/discussion and scroll down to default gravatar and choose gravatar logo. All you have to do after that is to click save and you should be good to go.
You can do that with all websites you manage and have a unique picture for each website.
Merry Christmas Angie :)

As for the users, whether it's admin, angie etc. you can delete admin but you need to make sure that the user you have is classed as an Administrator in WP so that you can access all the back office, such as new posts, pages, reply to comments etc.etc
