Travel Dream Life
I want to travel. These are my personality traits: gypsy, nomad, hippy, migrator, free-spirit. I am born to travel and refuse to live a life with less adventure.
I once took a career course in college. Counciling 51. The class helped students find their career paths. After taking a test by answering questions about your likes, dislikes, and values; the student receives a list that consists of careers that suited your nature. The number one career choice for my personality was flight attendant.
I want to see the world. I want to take my family on the Disney Cruise Line and visit Hawaii. I want to see the Caribbean, Europe, Finland, and Ireland! There is so much I want to see. I cannot feel satisfied until I reach these goals. I have faith in myself that I can achieve anything I put my mind to. My mind is constantly in the clouds, daydreaming of tropical islands and traveling.
I feel that we should all be more like birds that migrate. If people were constantly moving, then everyone would be forced with change and new experiences. This is what seems to be what people fear the most.
Image how many more people you would meet, and how many different locations you would explore. There would be less of a language barrier and more cultural understanding of one another.
But then society will label you as "unstable." I have been given many titles for the different moves I've many and the different paths I took. I know that most people are anchored into the ground and think that it's normal. I don't. I think staying in one town your whole entire life and never venturing outside your comfort zone, should be a sin!
Call me what you will, but I kinda like gypsy. It reminds me of Esmerelda on "Hunchback of Notre Dame". I am not afraid to explore the unknown. I don't know how I will successfully achieve this goal, but I believe.

I adore travel but unfortunately finances do not allow me to venture out of Europe at the moment! Having said that, I spend a lot of time in my spiritual home of Italy and am working towards us being able to retire there from England :)
I am in total agreement with you Angel. Every child should travel the world, experience different cultures and enjoy different lifestyles. I was very lucky because my father was in the army and we travelled to lots of exotic locations and after I left home I continued to travel...to me earth is my home...the whole planet!
