Is Globalization Possible With Discrimination?

Globalization, or globalisation (Commonwealth English; see spelling differences), is the process of interaction and integration among people, companies, and governments worldwide. Globalization has accelerated since the 18th century due to advances in transportation and communication technology.

This increase in global interactions has caused a growth in international trade and the exchange of ideas and culture. Globalization is primarily an economic process of interaction and integration that is associated with social and cultural aspects.

Let's highlight the words "social and cultural aspects."

The ROOT of most cultures and social aspect is often faith.

When you think of faith as something you believe in that cannot yet be seen, how do you expect to have a successful business outcome without faith...

Whether faith in yourself, faith in God, Allah, Buddha, Jesus, Mohammad, Jehovah, Yahweh, the Universe, Mother Nature, Mother Mary....... FAITH can to be respected and NO one has the right to be "offended" by another's opinion of faith.

Excluding IS Hate- Please Don't Discriminate

Excluding, ostracized coldness is a tragedy, and very traumatic to the victims. When "rules" outlined in business ever include restrictions on things like "faith and religion" this needs to be addressed.

If an atheism view of non-faith, non- religion and non-beliefs can be respected, then why can't a mutual correspondent be created?

So an atheist can sit back and have an offended attitude about one's religion, faith, and beliefs and therefore omit them from everyone's lifestyle, but does the atheist think about how the believer feels?

I could easily say that I take offense to Godless, man idolizing that believe in pseudoscience and the earth is a spinning ball, that the sun doesn't move, and that they take the moon landing serious gets me humiliated for their gullible ignorance...

Just because I didn't fall for NASA's scuba diver scam, does't mean you should hate me for it, nor do I hate that you may have fell for something Buzz finanlly admitted never happened..

But no, just as Nicholas Copernicus had his THEORY of the heliocentric model... so did Aristotle and Galileo with the geocentric model- YET no one thinks Aristotle was ignorant.

So because atheists favored the heliocentric theory, let's just decide to EXCLUDE the geocentric model which the believers favor...

Or let's not forget how the French Revolution even started, which then triggered the American Revolution: The Reformation- the changing of the Bible, the removal of theology from schools, universities, and scholastics...

But let's be real .. God was ALWAYS a part of teachings worldwide until the 17th through 19th centuries eventually REFORMED the world... Even reforming the share of the world, the calendars, the morals, ethics, values, and humanity of civilization.

Racism

I think it's kind of amusing when I see someone at the store sporting something with the printed words "Black Lives Matter" because they always happen to be white. Of course, we know this slogan was made to eliminate racism, but I can't help but wonder why you would attempt to put an and to racism with more racism.

Face it: "Black Lives Matter" leaves about an insinuation that other lives don't. They are not saying, "All Lives Matter" or even Black Lives Matter (Too, Also, or As Well).

Sexism

This is a way bigger issue than racism! Many people forget that black men could vote and had rights well before white women, but let's blow up racial propaganda rather than seeing that women are targeted more than any person of color.

Prejudice- harm or injury that result of may result from an action or judgment.

TV & Radio Channels

In America, there is the popuar atheist rulers and government, but they have Christian music stations broadcasting and TV channels still include come preaching/church/worship channels. So is it offensive to an atheist to see those "God" or Faith, Praise, Religious, Worship," titles??

You don't have to watch that channel, just like you don't have to read more into that article once you realize the "faith" is offending, insulting, or bothering you...

So if someone has a "Faith Based" Business, Can they NOT post or share? Is this fair?

"Faith Based" Airlines, Chick Fil A and IN-N- Out Burger

These are just some of the faith based businesses that have been very successful and claim be of God, or Christian, or Faith based companies.

Will An Atheist Not Fly Southwest? What about Alaska Airlines? Or Other Planes "Of Faith"

My Experience with culture competence training in corporatations lead me to commuicate my concerns and come to a compromise within Wealthy Affiliate, a company I have worked with for many years.

Companies should influence their partners, employees, members and customers to have a reasonable amount of consideration and inclusion in policies, procedures, and collaboration that can greater serve the community as a whole.

There is a need to customer service and business communications cannot exclude cultural and social competence. Anti-social networks and communities are not healthy- so with the greater good in mind, I kindly ask Kyle and Carson to improve Wealthy Affiliate with concerns I have with their rules.

"The Open Education Project"

This is closed education- bottom line.

Theology is ABSOLUTELY a form of education and very important in multi-cultural respect, business communication, customer service and so on.

Globalization is impossible without a higher education of simple things such as preferences of faith. There is no need to be offended over Buddah vs Allah, God, Jehovah and so forth...

There is no one that take offence BUT the non-believers - which are supposedly NOT the majority of the world's population.. but yet no one gets to take offence to the non-believer's opinions and choice faith/lack there of..

EXCLUDING, OSTACIZING, ALIENATING.. EVIL

Being excluded in anyway, shape or form causes the brain the same equivalent pain as physical pain stimulations in the brain. This is a "scienctific fact". And to promote a businesses evolutionary process- this way of thinking indeed needs to change.

How can this not be obvious to others like it is me? Hopefully I could open up some minds and get a positive reaction, response, and resolution. Dehumanizing is inequality in all businesses and needs to be taken seriously.

I hope this is understood by those who have overlooked this matter.
