To change the name go to Settings > General. However, DO NOT change the domain name! If you are unhappy with the domain name (website.com), you have to make a different one. If you try to change the domain name it'll mess up your site.
You can change the domain name by buying another. You can change your website name going in the basic settings in your wp dasboard.
If it is a siterubix site, I would say just make a new one. If it is a personal domain, you can't change it, but if you just, just purchased it, I have heard from others around here that by contacting the company they bought it from, they were able to 'return' it and get a new one.
If it is a site you have already been working on and don't want to delete, you can always transfer it to a new domain.

Does anyone know how to remove the WA FTP welcome message from website? WA can't and I don't have an FTP...
