Google AdSense is a Pain in My Neck!
Ok, so this is a bit of a rant post.... You have been warned....
I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH GOOGLE ADSENSE RIGHT NOW!! I have jumped through so many hoops to try and get my site ready for them to put ads on my website. I know I have a good topic, I am already generating traffic from search engines. For my site only being up since Aug 17, 2024, it is doing pretty darn good!
So why, why I ask, did Google Adsense REJECT MY SITE BECAUSE IT WAS DOWN!? Seriously!?
I own my domain, I am online multiple times a week working on it, adding to it, making it better. I don't understand how this is a thing.... I just don't.
I waited for weeks for them to crawl my site to see if it was good enough, and then they come back with this; site down or unavailable. What a load of patoohy!
Deep breath, ok, rant over.
Back to waiting for another couple weeks to see if it will get approved. Wish me luck!

My advice, take what they are saying to heart. Look at your word count. Look at picture to word to link ratios. Try to meet their standards and apply again!

Hi Angela! I can see why you’re frustrated. It’s not fair when you work hard on your site and run into problems like that. I think it’s great that you’re always trying to make your site better!
I can’t speak from experience since I haven’t started AdSense yet, but I hope it goes well for you. Just remember to change from bad vibes to good vibes and give it some time. Good luck with getting approved! You can do it!
Yes I know, need to breathe and focus on the good stuff.
One positive thing is that I did get accepted to be an affiliate for Amazon, so that is pretty cool. I plan to focus on the more during this month to ramp up for Christmas time XD

Back when I first started, I got approved for my site then, and it was just starting to get traction. I still have the money in my google AdSense account that I earned; like $0.73 or something like that. I have found that Google AdSense and affiliate marketing are a good combo. I haven't made tons, but again just restarting and have high hopes

Thanks for sharing, Angela! I tried Adsense years ago but did not have much traction with it.
