but remember he is a busy man and it may take time for him to respond with over 1.7 million account logged.
when you signup the terms state that there is automatic billing and you do have control over that in your account settings
you can even change your card details in there as well.
i know it is a bit after the fact and i hope you manage to get it sorted as the terms state no refunds.

I have some general suggestions which may or may not do the trick for you:
Try logging into facebook on a different device and see does that sort it for you.
Try logging into facebook with a different browser.
Clear your browser cache.

That is strange. Does it happen even if you interact as your biz on the group? If it is brand new I would say give it a day. Otherwise you have to ask facebook for support.

And has it only suddenly stopped working or have you always had this problem? David's suggestion to clear the cache is a good idea. Your group looks pretty standard so I don't think fb are penalising you. Best to ask fb support.

Humm I am presuming you are trying to join a group on Facebook in order for someone to help you they would need to be in the group already.. hang tight I am sure someone will approve you if not move on plenty more groups on Facebook.
